Return and Exchange Policy Prints and Textiles
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return and Exchange Policy Original Paintings
We take pride in ensuring you are happy with your new art!
If you are unhappy with your painting, you may return it within 7 business days. The painting must be packaged in exactly the same way as it was when you received it (please reuse the original packaging). We will email you instructions for the return.
Return shipping fees, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the painting in perfect condition, we will proceed with a refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us right away at hello@mialivart.com. Include photos of the damage so that we can file an insurance claim.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom commissions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales of commissions are final, as you are given many opportunities to make changes during the development of the piece.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification.
As noted above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
